The Practice could not trade within the confines of Liverpool City Centre for 12 months, hence the reasoning that the first office opened at No 4 Hamilton Square with 3 staff! In 1991 the Practice relocated to the first floor of No 41 Hamilton Square and during the 1990's a further office was opened for a period of 2 years above the Bank of Scotland in Castle Street, Liverpool.

In 1999, a decision was made to rationalise all offices and the Practice acquired 4 retail units on Argyle Street, 2 of which constitute the Headquarters of the Practice.

Argyle Street is extremely close to Hamilton Square, the recognised heart of Birkenhead's commercial office sector but has the advantages of off street car parking and accessibility for members of the public to make use of our office facilities.

The Practice comprises Peter J. Kenny BSc Hons FRICS and Michael I. Honeybourne BSc (Est Man) FRICS both practising Chartered Surveyors.
